BECU is an American-based credit union. With over 1.1 million members, more than 2,000 employees, and nearly $18 billion in assets, BECU is the largest credit union in its home state of Washington and the fourth-largest in the United States.
BECU provides everyday banking services to members, such as checking and savings accounts, debit and credit cards, and both branch and online services. They also provide loans and mortgages as well as planning and investing advice for members. Finally, BECU has a business banking service available to its customers.
or their personal checking and savings accounts, BECU recommends signing up for eStatements through their online banking portal. eStatements are more environmentally friendly than paper statements, and also faster. eStatements are available approximately two days quicker than regular mail statements. BECU also stores seven years of eStatements that are retrievable by customers at any point.
To sign up for eStatements, log into your Online Banking account with your user ID and password. For savings, checking, CD, and loan statements, click on the “Enroll” link on the top of the Account Summary page. For credit card statements, scroll down to the credit card section of the Account Summary page and click “Enroll” there.
To request a paper BECU bank statement, you may contact the Member Contact Center by phone or visit a local branch. BECU also offers online business financial statements for members with business accounts. To access these statements, log onto your BECU Online Banking account and click on the banking account you wish to download. Scroll down until you see a box on the left called “download format.” There are three options: Intuit Quicken, Quicken Books, and Comma Separated (CSV). Click “Select a download type” for the file type you want. We recommend CSV if importing into Excel.
